Responsibilities
Analyze and technically clarify the scope of work with the engineering department for a multidisciplinary project including civil engineering, structural, piping, equipment, electrical, and instrumentation.
Develop the construction execution plan taking into account logistics, work processes, required workforce, and necessary construction equipment.
Participate in planning exercises.
Prepare the Request for Quotation (RFQ) package for subcontracted activities.
Analyze received bids from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Assignment expected during the construction preparation phase and/or execution follow-up, in accordance with technical requirements.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5) in general engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' experience in construction engineering and/or methods applied to Oil & Gas, energy, industrial, or complex infrastructure projects
Proficiency in planning, technical analysis, risk management, and conducting constructability reviews
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
