Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed risk analyses and propose effective solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Lead strategic safety projects in collaboration with SESMT (Specialized Occupational Health and Safety Service) and provide technical support.
- Monitor and respond to safety incidents, carry out investigations, and propose corrective action plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Support the organization of SMS (Safety, Environment and Health) metrics and reporting.
- Develop safety programs.
Requirements
- Occupational Safety Technician qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience, preferably with offshore experience and a leadership profile.
- Desirable knowledge: ISO 9001/14001/45001.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and performance indicators.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Clear and assertive communication with different hierarchical levels.
- Proactivity, sense of urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and in complex environments.
