About the role
- Data Analyst integrating the data team at Sicredi, specializing in Credit and Business Solutions. Involves data analysis, metric building, and collaborative projects with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Update, improve and monitor the performance of Credit and Business Solutions topics;
- Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, dashboards and reports related to Credit and Business Solutions;
- Understand and propose analytical strategies to be used by cooperatives and CAS product teams;
- Provide analytical support to the Credit and Business Solutions business teams and to cooperatives through descriptive analyses and projections;
- Automate area processes and routines;
- Produce studies and new proposals on Credit and Business Solutions topics, understanding member profiles, products and market indicators;
- Work closely with different product teams, assisting with analysis and offering new data/information perspectives;
- Assist cooperatives and provide advisory support on the analytical topics and products developed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related areas;
- Analytical mindset;
- Strong writing, synthesis and communication skills;
- Experience with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, Python and VBA;
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SAS VA or Excel is desirable;
- Practical experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring and development of ad-hoc studies is desirable;
- Intermediate English is desirable;
- Knowledge of Financial Markets, Credit, Open Finance and Financial Products is desirable.
