About the role
- MES MBR Designer responsible for designing and managing electronic Master Batch Records and Standard Procedures at Takeda. Ensuring compliance and supporting production in the PAS-X system.
Responsibilities
- Design & maintenance of eMBRs and ESPs
- Creation and revision of gMBRs, PVLs and ESPs
- Implementation of changes as part of change controls
- Support for MES implementation projects
- Master data management
- Support in preparing requests for new master data
- Maintenance and entry of master data in PAS-X
- Coordination of revisions
- Organization and facilitation of alignment meetings with stakeholders
- Ensuring timely implementation and activation of eMBRs and ESPs (including TrackWise tasks)
- Training & education
- Planning and delivering practical training for end users in PAS-X
- Preparation of corresponding training materials
Requirements
- Completed technical training or equivalent qualification
- Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Werum PAS-X (Basic and Professional trainings; system knowledge)
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical mindset and a structured, independent working style
- Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Knowledge of GMP and GDDP and an understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is an advantage
- Experience with modern production and scheduling/planning systems is desirable
- High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility
