• Senior Video Creator collaborating with marketing teams to create dynamic visual content for Avnet. Role involves video production, editing, and maintaining brand consistency in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
• Conceptualize video ideas and develop scripts.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture footage.
• Ensure technical quality, including framing, focus, exposure, and sound.
• Edit video footage, add music, sound effects, and voiceovers.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and branding elements.
• Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across all visual outputs, maintaining brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on campaign visuals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage project details and plan daily activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in new media, particularly video software and relevant AI tools.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts within the discipline.
• Competence in all job functions and a general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, lighting, and sound design.
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and timing in animation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate with management and colleagues across departments.
