Responsibilities

Oversee all market-focused activity across the Ministry of Defence portfolio of clients

Deliver on annual revenue, EBITDA, and gross margin targets
Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive market team
Champion digital transformation and innovative service offerings
Requirements
Experience in strategic leadership, business development, and business management
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage risk
In-depth knowledge of the evolving MOD landscape and clients
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills (both verbally and written)
Ability to inspire others to achieve a shared goal
Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as within a larger multi-discipline team
Experience working in the Secure Government environment
Available to travel across the UK and work on client site as required
