Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic growth, client engagement, and operational excellence of the MOD market
- Oversee all market-focused activity across the Ministry of Defence portfolio of clients
- Develop and execute a 5-year market strategy aligned with business goals
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships across public and private sectors
- Deliver on annual revenue, EBITDA, and gross margin targets
- Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive market team
- Champion digital transformation and innovative service offerings
Requirements
- Experience in strategic leadership, business development, and business management
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage risk
- In-depth knowledge of the evolving MOD landscape and clients
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills (both verbally and written)
- Ability to inspire others to achieve a shared goal
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as within a larger multi-discipline team
- Experience working in the Secure Government environment
- Available to travel across the UK and work on client site as required
