Responsibilities
Develop, lead, and execute SSB’s credit training within the Commercial Portfolio Management Team.
Key focus areas include credit development, SSB Commercial Credit Curriculum, PM Training Program, and high level Credit Training Support.
Develop training materials and case studies covering varying credit complexities.
Delivery of curriculum through workshops, self-study modules, case studies, and assessments.
Partner with vendors for credit training and provide ongoing career support to Commercial PMs.
Requirements
4-year college degree required (preferred: business or finance)
15+ year experience in Commercial Credit Underwriting and/or Approval.
