About the role
- Manager Business Analytics responsible for financial and data analysis related to manufacturer contracts within CVS Health. Collaborating with teams to optimize procurement strategies and enhance contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the financial and data analysis related to manufacturer contracts negotiated by the Zinc Health Services Trade Relations team
- Work with the Zinc Trade Relations team on contract modeling, financial strategies, providing analytics, data and support for contract negotiations
- Own key tools and processes that enable the Zinc negotiation cycle modeling process to meet deadlines
- Work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams associated with Zinc manufacturer contracting
- Maintain and develop various Zinc Health Services reports, analysis and communication that enables modeling trade classes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of financial modeling and analysis experience
- Mature problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a complex process
- Experience independently creating complex financial models and analysis within the PBM or Managed Care Industry
- Experience developing oral and written communications, analysis summaries/presentations, and presentation skills
- Experience with MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Extensive MS Office (Excel) experience
