Requirements
- Transformers, 딥러닝, 파인튜닝 기법(LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, 지식 증류 등)에 대한 풍부한 경험
- PyTorch 숙련 (우대) 또는 TensorFlow 경험
- 프롬프트 엔지니어링 및 데이터셋 설계 능력 (톤, 안전성, 신뢰성과 일치)
