Responsibilities
- 파인튜닝 및 최적화 —— LoRA, DreamBooth 및 기타 효율적인 기법을 활용하여 확산 모델(SDXL, Flux, Stable Diffusion 변형)을 학습 및 커스터마이징
- 데이터셋 구축 —— 대규모 이미지 데이터셋을 구축·정제·주석 처리(캡션, 태깅, NSFW 필터링)하여 안전하고 정렬된 생성 환경 조성
- 평가 및 정렬 —— 충실도, 다양성, 스타일 일관성, 안전성을 측정하는 파이프라인 개발
- 성능 최적화 —— GPU 메모리 최적화, 잠재 확산 기법, 분산 학습을 적용하여 효율적으로 확장
- 배포 및 모니터링 —— 확산 모델 기반 기능을 실제 서비스에 배포하고, 드리프트, 지연, 품질을 지속적으로 모니터링
- 협업 및 제공 —— 제품 및 디자인 팀과 협력하여 생성형 비전 기능을 사용자 경험에 통합
Requirements
- 확산 모델 및 생성 비전(Stable Diffusion, SDXL, Flux 등) 관련 풍부한 경험
- DreamBooth, LoRA/QLoRA 및 파인튜닝 기법 실무 경험
- PyTorch 숙련 (우대)
- 데이터셋 준비 경험 (캡션, 태깅, 필터링, 증강 등)
- GPU 최적화, 잠재 확산, 효율적인 학습 기법에 대한 지식
- 소프트웨어 엔지니어링 기초(알고리즘, 자료구조, 클린 코드)에 대한 탄탄한 기반
