- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
- Support the Sales team in recognising and developing new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience in a digital environment.
- Expertise in digital/software delivery projects, particularly in the mobile, web and CCaaS space.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in digital projects.
- Experience in coaching teams to adopt and improve Agile ways of working.
- Experience in product management and development and delivery of product roadmaps.
- Proven success in managing diverse teams, including local and global offices, and remote workers.
- Experience with Google Suite, Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, and other project tools.
- Willingness to work on-site with clients when required (likely 2-3 days per week on-site with client).
