About the role
- Principal Program Finance position responsible for financial management of programs at L3Harris. Leading EVMS implementations and improving program execution across multiple divisions.
Responsibilities
- responsible for the financial management of assigned programs
- driving EVMS implementations
- improving EAC processes
- assist in improving program execution
- ensuring alignment to L3Harris Corporate policies
- partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers, Technical Leads, and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance
- lead the improvement and streamlining of policies and procedures
- responsible for influencing day-to-day execution of all financial activity
- development/review of time-phased budgets following contract award
- establishment of key performance metrics and milestones
- ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances
- drive program performance
- lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules
- partner with IPT members to execute baselining, Estimate to Completion (ETC), and change management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field and requires a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and minimum of 7 years prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years prior related experience.
- Experience with SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with EVM Engine software.
- Experience with an Accounting System of Record software.
- US citizenship required.
