Lead Platform Engineer responsible for technical development of Allvue Everest platform for PGIM Private Capital. Collaborating with stakeholders and providing expert support for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the technical development and enhancement initiatives for the Allvue Everest platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide expert-level support for platform issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
Create/support key business processes, related dashboards, and interactive reports via Allvue Everest.
Create generic API’s to allow data flows from Allvue Everest to/from internal databases.
Utilize knowledge of the Everest platform to determine and implement best-fit and maintainable solutions for internal business partners.
Design and implement scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Participate in the architecture and system design discussions.
Work in a team environment with product, frontend design, production operation, QE/QA and cross functional teams to deliver a project throughout the whole software development cycle.
Participate in code review to make sure standards and best practices are met.
Maintain documentation and knowledge base for platform configurations and procedures.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and 4+ years of experience as System Administrator / Data developer.
Strong, hands-on experience working with the Allvue Everest platform, including custom development as well as built-in system configuration options.
Strong programming experience with .Net and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience in system analysis, design, development, and implementation of data ingestion pipeline in AWS and knowledge of ETL/ELT.
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and tactful manner.
Ambition to learn and utilize emerging technologies while working in a stimulating team environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to effectively troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
Comfortable voicing opinions and making recommendations for process improvements.
