Launch Mission Manager acting as the main technical and operational interface for launch missions at The Exploration Company; overseeing compliance and negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities
Management of LSP trade-off, selection and contracting process
Technical analysis of launch system capabilities and compatibility with Nyx vehicle and mission
Compliance analysis to TEC economic, operational, sustainability and regulatory requirements
Preparation of LoI, MoU and service contract documents and moderation of negotiation and signature process
Technical interface management for launch missions
Create and maintain interface control documentation
Within TEC, act as the owner of technical requirements and constraints imposed by the launch system
Planning and oversight of analysis, demonstration and testing activities to verify compliance to interface requirements and validate system compatibility
Planning and support of joint operations between TEC and the LSP
Support conceptualization and negotiation of strategic long-term contract frameworks or service agreements
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, or similar
Over 3 years of practical experience in launch operations or mission management
Good generalist knowledge of rocket technology, space mission analysis, and design
Good project management skills
Effective communication, presentation, moderation and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (French and/or German is an asset)
