About the role
- KC-46 SEIT Systems Engineer responsible for systems engineering in the sustainment program for Boeing. Leading integration and test efforts with domestic and international stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering, integration, and test activities for the KC-46 sustainment program
- Develop and maintain system requirements, interface definitions, and test plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are designed and integrated correctly
- Perform Technical Systems Integration of multiple engineering disciplines on complex projects
- Support statement of work (SOW) development
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with Boeing and customer requirements and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent
- 5+ years in systems engineering, integration and testing
- Experience developing and maintaining system requirements, interface definitions and test plans
- 9+ years of higher education and/or related work experience preferred
- Experience with DOORS or similar requirements management software/tools
- Experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience with military aircraft
