About the role

• Junior Systems Analyst supporting the Customer Experience Directorate in technical guidance and cloud environment migration. Engaging with clients and driving improvements in Esri environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan and execute Support activities for the Solutions Directorate, providing technical guidance to clients and encouraging and promoting improvements and new applications within the Esri environment or other products.
• Develop client relationships, manage expectations, and provide information and solutions for their requests.
• Create cloud environments and migrate on-premises environments to the cloud.
• Provide technical support for pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
• Intermediate English (reading/writing/technical conversation);
• Knowledge of relational database systems (Oracle / SQL Server);
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems;
• Installation and configuration of operating systems / web servers;
• Cloud environment administration;
• Creation and maintenance of data centers;
• Ability to perform tasks related to network administration and IT infrastructure;
• Differential: Certifications such as ITIL, OCP, OCE, MCTS, AWS, Azure;
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, among others);
• Certifications;
• Intermediate English (reading/writing/technical conversation);
• Knowledge and understanding of the products and services offered by Imagem.
