Responsibilities
You actively acquire new partners: from identifying potential leads and making initial contact (including cold calling), through pitching and demos to successfully closing contracts, you own the entire sales funnel.
You advise medical institutions as an equal partner: you understand their challenges and work with them to develop the right solution from our product portfolio.
You conduct confident negotiations: whether practice owners, doctors, or administrative leaders — you persuade different decision-makers with empathy, clarity and negotiation skills.
KPI-driven approach: you work data-driven, manage your funnel efficiently, and keep your objectives and key metrics front of mind.
Requirements
Initial experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or FinTech — or you convince us with your drive and eagerness to learn.
No fear of cold calling: you proactively reach out to people and view each conversation as an opportunity to create real value.
Strong communication skills: you can convey complex topics clearly, empathetically and reliably — both in writing and verbally.
Motivation, discipline and resilience: you follow through even when it gets challenging.
Curiosity & structure: you ask targeted questions to truly understand your interlocutors’ needs and work in a systematic way.
Very good German (C2) and solid English skills to collaborate successfully with our customers and colleagues.
