About the role
- Junior Payroll Technician assisting clients with payroll tasks including calculations and declarations. Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate payroll and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- You will support our clients in processing their payroll
- Enter and process variable payroll elements (leave, absences, working hours, overtime, bonuses, etc.)
- Calculate and prepare payslips
- Prepare tax and social security declarations
- Assist clients in using the software (creating a bonus, calculating a payslip, etc.) and follow up on requests
Requirements
- Associate degree (Bac+2) in payroll or human resources
- Good listener with a pedagogical approach
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong learning ability, rigor and discretion
- Commitment to continuous quality improvement to best serve our clients
