Junior Panel Consultant supporting US Customer Success and Solutions Consulting teams in market research projects. Managing field management and collaborating with partners for quality insights.
Responsibilities
Becoming the subject matter expert in all field management aspects of market research projects.
Managing field management projects within our DIY research platform.
Assisting with panel feasibility and cost requests for new and complex studies.
Working closely with our panel partners to ensure fielding is on time and within budget by carefully monitoring quotas and incidence rates.
Becoming an expert in the field management tool of our platform and proactively making recommendations for technical improvements.
Ensuring the timely closure and invoicing of fielding surveys.
Collaborating with the Senior Panel Consultant to manage and resolve any data quality issues with panel vendors.
Regularly partnering with Research Consultants to address and fulfill their field management needs.
Requirements
Experience managing/working at market research sample and panel vendors
You proactively anticipate potential opportunities and focus on solutions, not problems as they relate to sample management and processes
