About the role
- Lawyer drafting legal documents and consulting on real estate matters for Lavoro Agro. Ensuring compliance with legislation and providing internal legal support.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents related to the real estate sector, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as the company's internal governance policies and guidelines.
- Act as an internal legal advisor, providing legal support on contractual and commercial matters specific to the real estate market, with the aim of mitigating risks and protecting the organization's interests.
Requirements
- Law degree (Bachelor of Laws).
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Proven experience in Contract Law; experience working in corporate environments is a plus.
- Proven experience in Real Estate Law.
- Strong knowledge of legislation applicable to commercial and business contracts.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to identify and resolve legal issues efficiently.
