About the role

• Júnior Claims Analyst strengthening the claims sector managing expectations at Junto Seguros. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage reported claims and claims-related inquiries received by the Company, respecting delegated authority;
• Keep incident status and progress up to date;
• Work to achieve reconciliation between the Insured and the Policyholder, leading to the closure of the expectation or claim;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines for claims provisioning and settlement;
• Support other departments across the Company by providing information on reported claims and claims expectations;

Requirements

• Law degree;
• Experience in insurance preferred, especially in claims;
• Experience with surety bond insurance or rental guarantee (lease surety);
