About the role
- IT Project Manager overseeing end-to-end digital transformation and IoT projects. Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage software, digitalization and IoT projects end-to-end — from analysis through go‑live and hypercare.
- Lead cross-functional project teams.
- Promote agile ways of working using frameworks such as Scrum or methods like Kanban.
- Take responsibility for and plan project budgets, quality and risk.
- Stakeholder management: regular coordination with clients as well as business units and the project team.
Requirements
- You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification.
- You have solid experience (3–5 years) in IT project management.
- You have regularly applied project management methodologies (Scrum, PMI, PRINCE2® or similar).
- You bring strong communication and teamwork skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- You are proficient in using PM tools for planning and control.
- Ideally, you already have experience with software development processes.
- Business-fluent German and very good English complete your profile.
