- Serve as a bridge between business areas and technology, identifying, eliciting and detailing requirements for digital solutions.
- Map processes, analyze improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions aligned with company strategy.

- Lead workshops and meetings with local and international teams, especially with the European team for requirements gathering and delivery validation with stakeholders.
- Support solution validation, testing and monitoring of success metrics.
- Assist in prioritizing requests together with the PMO and IT teams, ensuring value-driven deliveries to the business.
- Stay up to date on technology trends, digital transformation and market best practices.
- Be highly organized, detail-oriented, disciplined and able to manage multiple concurrent demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in similar roles on technology projects.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis techniques, process design and functional documentation.
- Desirable: experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and process mapping tools.
- Advanced English (mandatory), with the ability to interact with international teams and participate in meetings conducted in English.
- Analytical, consultative profile, highly organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
