- Conduct research on intellectual property rights, including patent and trademark searches.

- Prepare and manage correspondence with external counsel and international intellectual property offices.
- Support IP attorneys in litigation matters by gathering and organising relevant information and documents.
- Track and meet all deadlines related to patents and trademarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field
- Previous experience (at least 2+ years) in an intellectual property paralegal role
- Strong understanding of patent and trademark processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in database management and legal research tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Certification from a recognised paralegal association is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with IP docketing software is desired.
