About the role
- Investment Analyst role in European warehouse properties, analyzing investment opportunities and preparing corporate reports in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of investment opportunities in Excel, including cash flows, IRRs, sensitivity analysis.
- Preparing investment memos and reports.
- Collecting research data supporting the key underwriting assumptions (markets rents, growth rates, vacancies, cap rates etc).
- Participating on the preparation of strategic corporate presentations.
Requirements
- University (min. Bc. degree) - Economics/Finance specialization.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Experience from a similar position (appr. 1 year).
- Knowledge of MS Excel (advanced user).
- Languages: Czech/Slovak - native or bilingual level, English - professional working level.
