About the role

Responsibilities

- Track shipments, update system records, and communicate status to internal teams.
- Send shipping notices and invoices on time.
- Resolve carrier or warehouse delays and verify pallet counts and routing requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of domestic and international shipping, documentation, and Incoterms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
