Responsibilities
- Lead and execute assigned projects to enhance identified Workday enabled HR processes and transactions
- Leverage cross-functional knowledge and relationships to effectively support activities
- Develop and manage a project plan including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and training
- Lead documentation efforts to support the changes
- Coordinate and lead testing activities to include the creation of testing scripts
- Handle Change Management and internal communications across HR teams
Requirements
- 3+ years experience preferred as a Business Analyst in Human Resources managing/leading project work streams in an analytical or change management role
- Experience with Workday HCM, Security and Data Administration/Governance
- HR operations / project management experience preferred
- Experience with gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to successfully interact with various levels within the organization
- Exceptional customer focus and service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
