Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and steward long-term relationships with hotel partners
- Negotiate and maintain rate structures that support event participants and community alignment
- Track key performance indicators including room night impact, food & beverage spend, meeting room rental, parking, and audio/visual spend and provide accurate, timely reporting to funders and stakeholders
- Manage CRM systems and contact pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Deliver post-event reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Support the team in event bidding, servicing, and sponsor delivery through accurate data and hotel alignment
- Provide data-backed insights that guide organizational decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, data analytics, related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3–5 years of experience in hotels preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with ability to build trust and collaboration with hospitality partners
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to balance relationship management with analytical responsibilities
- Collaborative team player with solutions-focused mindset
