About the role
- Global Supply Network Planner at Solventum ensuring product availability by managing global supply plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Focusing on supply chain efficiency and operational leadership.
Responsibilities
- Owning the global supply plan for an assigned asset/plant
- Balancing demand, capacity and inventory
- Collaborating closely with manufacturing sites
- Actively engage and provide leadership for the weekly S&OE process
- Managing the mid to long term capacity planning
- Driving performance for plan adherence, Non-Working Inventory, Service levels & Inventory targets
- Proactively identifies and resolves supply constraints
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, logistics or demand planning
- Experience working with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)
