Responsibilities
You will join the “Product Support Services” team and be responsible for supporting our clients (France and international) in using our Web Analytics solution.
Provide first- and second-line support for our solutions.
Handle client inquiries, diagnose, analyze and resolve incidents within contractual timeframes.
Assist clients with the implementation of our solutions, building a trusting relationship with them.
Ensure client satisfaction and help them optimize their online activity using our solutions.
Deliver client training modules (on-site and remote).
Work closely with clients’ Marketing / E‑commerce departments as well as their technical teams or external service providers.
Requirements
Mandatory fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
Minimum education: Bac+2 (equivalent to an associate degree)
Strong knowledge of website creation and management (HTML, JavaScript)
Keen interest in Web Analytics
Excellent interpersonal and writing skills (project management)
