About the role

• Managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments for Brivia's digital transformation ecosystem. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and administration of cloud resources and networks.

Responsibilities

• Work on the administration and management of environments on Cloud platforms, focusing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI GEN2), ensuring resource availability and performance.
• Allocate resources, create, configure, and manage virtual machines (VMs) in Windows and Linux environments, both on bare-metal servers and OCI VMs.
• Perform snapshot and backup procedures, ensuring data integrity and recoverability.
• Configure network settings at the IaaS layer, including applying security rules.
• Administer Windows and Linux networks and servers (Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, Debian), with a focus on troubleshooting infrastructure-related incidents such as network failures (LAN, NAT), resource consumption, and bug analysis.
• Manage proxy cache and reverse proxy services (Apache/Squid) and administer firewalls using iptables.
• Manage virtualization environments with KVM and create/maintain VPN tunnels (IPsec).
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, including creating, editing, and implementing GPOs.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft services such as IIS, Windows Terminal Services, and WSUS, including applying updates and hotfixes to servers.
• Deploy and administer environment monitoring with Zabbix, ensuring operational visibility and proactivity.
• Provide local and remote technical support to level 1 and 2 teams, guiding and resolving complex incidents.
• Prepare operational procedures and technical documentation for the computing environment.
• Support the information security team by responding to assessment questionnaires and contributing to compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Mandatory experience with cloud platforms/operations (preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure - OCI GEN2).
• Administration/management of Cloud environments.
