About the role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team on strategically relevant projects and help develop plans for growth in new regions (DACH and beyond)
- Work on internal projects to improve company efficiency and growth
- Support sourcing and recruitment. Collaborate with us to develop additional KPIs for the entire team
- Prepare investor meetings and support the founders with graphics, presentations, and solid financial calculations
Requirements
- You are studying (Bachelor's or Master's) Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, or you are currently in a gap year
- You have already gained experience in a demanding work environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or business development at a startup
- You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner within a team
- You have strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality
- You stand out through a communicative and outgoing personality as well as entrepreneurial drive, taking ownership and driving topics proactively and independently
- In addition to very good knowledge of MS Office programs, you are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
