About the role
- Financial Accountant managing high-quality financial reports for a global industry-leader in Ad Tech expanding from Stockholm. Collaborating closely with external firms and improving finance functions.
Responsibilities
- General accounting functions, eg. accounts payable, accounts receivable, day to day accounting, taxes and VAT
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts, closings, financial statements and reporting
- Audit preparations
- Develop the processes and challenge ways of working
- Ad-hoc analyses
- Other accounting duties from time to time
- Support and collaborate with other colleagues in the company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or other equivalent experience
- At least 2-3 years' experience from a role within accounting/auditing/finance administration
- A thorough understanding of accounting, from AR & AP to balance sheet to P&L
- Excellent knowledge of Swedish accounting standards and tax legislation
- Fluent in Swedish and English, speaking and writing
- Eye for details and responsibility for working proactively
- Strong self-drive, team player and collaborator across the organisation
- Highly flexible mindset and ability to learn on the go
- Basic understanding in financial processes
