About the role
- Accounting Specialist responsible for financial accounting and reporting for real estate investments. Engaging in Team collaboration within a structured and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of financial accounting, including bank and loan postings, accruals and account reconciliations
- Preparation of net asset values, Bundesbank reports and interest/repayment schedules
- Tax processing: VAT advance returns, withholding tax for construction services, and review of lease agreements
- Reporting and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
- Bookings related to real estate investments/disinvestments, taking VAT into account
- Advising on accounting and VAT-related matters
- Communication with authorities and partners, and coordination of appointments
- Maintenance and optimization of databases
Requirements
- Completed training as a tax clerk, a business degree with a focus on finance/accounting, or certified balance sheet accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
- Independent, structured working style and team spirit

- Confident user of DATEV and MS Office
