About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage documentation for the Payroll Department, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Maintain and update payment records by logging into various client portals to input details on payments received from and issued to subcontractors
- Respond to payroll audit requests by gathering and organizing required information
- Support Payroll Analysts by collecting and verifying new hire documents
- Run weekly timecard reports and follow up with employees to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with special projects within the Finance group as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to seek our objectives to complete tasks with minimal direction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Possess excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
