About the role

Responsibilities
- Performing daily bank reconciliations
- Completing store sales reconciliations
- Owning expenses process for both retail & SSC colleagues
- Owning credit card management for SSC colleagues
- Processing supplier invoices
- Managing and resolving queries
- Managing the finance set up of new stores
- Assisting with audit queries
- Any other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Experience in a finance assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent IT skills with strong knowledge of Excel
- Competent in the use of ERP systems
- Strong organisational skills, logical approach and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated, resilient and able to demonstrate initiative
