Responsibilities
Helping scale our financial processes: we are expanding into other healthcare settings with our new products (like Accurx Scribe), and our finance operation is key to the business growing at pace
Owning day-to-day finance operations: You'll handle essential tasks that keep the business running smoothly, including month-end processes, credit control, employee expenses, bank reconciliations, direct debits, and supplier payment runs
Leading on transformation projects: You will take ownership of projects to organise, clean, and consolidate financial information and files, making them more accessible and efficient for the entire team
Requirements
You're an Excel expert - formulas and functions are your thing, and large data sets are no match for you
A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Mathematics
Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to your work and a strong commitment to accuracy
Strong communication skills for building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
A problem-solving mindset and the drive to tackle complex issues head-on
