Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
- Food processing or packaging machinery experience is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable with 60-80% travel during the week – mostly on in the southeast by automobile or plane.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills is an added bonus.
