Responsibilities
Provide technical support to SNC customers in order to give quick problem assessment and corrections for field units
Responsible for documenting all customer interactions and must implement and/or support implementation for hardware, software, or training issue changes according to approved SNC instructions
Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled hours
Other duties as assigned
Travel to remove locations worldwide with relatively short notice
Perform assigned maintenance task with minimal to no supervisory guidance/oversight
Follow guidance of shift lead supervisor for daily taskings/expectorations/priorities
Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 4 or more years of relevant experience
Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Ability to understand and interpret basic technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
Progressive experience using troubleshooting techniques
Thorough understanding of electrical wiring concepts
Ability to frequently travel outside the continental US, typically for extended periods of time
Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally
Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment
Willing to deploy OCONUS on an approximate 90/90 rotation
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
