Responsibilities
Oversee the development, maintenance, and operations of physical office spaces
Manage vendors, coordinate real estate and build-out projects
Monitor security and maintenance systems, serving as liaison between offices and internal teams
Design flexible spaces for drop-in work and team gatherings
Serve as primary contact for landlords and manage vendor relationships
Requirements
5+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or workplace services
Proven success managing real estate agents, contractors, and technical vendors
Strong understanding of building systems (electrical, HVAC, security, fire safety, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment while managing on-site projects as needed
Ability to travel occasionally to company offices.
