Responsibilities
- Realizar o lançamento de notas fiscais no sistema financeiro;
- Conferir informações fiscais e contábeis de NF-es (valores, impostos, CNPJ, etc.);
- Apoiar no controle de documentos e organização dos arquivos fiscais;
- Auxiliar no contato com fornecedores e/ou time interno para tratativas de correções ou pendências;
- Apoiar na conciliação de informações financeiras e em outras rotinas do setor, conforme demanda;
- Auxiliar no lançamento e acompanhamento de reembolsos e planilhas de cartão de crédito;
- Auxiliar no lançamento e controle de despesas efetuadas em cartão de crédito da empresa;
- Apoiar no preenchimento de formulários padrão de reembolso de despesas mediante notas de gastos e no controle de pagamentos, de acordo com as políticas internas;
Requirements
- Estar cursando ensino superior em Finanças, Contabilidade, Adm ou áreas correlatas
- Conhecimento no pacote Office, especialmente Excel
- Conhecimento das ferramentas do Google, especialmente Google Sheets e Google Docs
- Interesse em aprender sobre processos financeiros internos
- Interesse em aprender sobre notas fiscais e códigos tributários
- Disponibilidade para estágio presencial
- Diferencial, mas não obrigatório:
- Ter tido alguma experiência anterior em agência de comunicação (Estágio ou jovem aprendiz)
- Experiência anterior com notas fiscais
- Conhecimento de sistemas ERP Conta Azul
