Lead recovery planning by identifying medical and non-medical factors
Apply crisis intervention and rehabilitation techniques to support clients

Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare providers
Communicate with empathy and clarity to guide clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Kinesiology or Business
3+ years of professional experience in disability case management
Demonstrated strength in Emotional Intelligence
