Responsibilities

- Identify inefficiencies in supply chain planning processes and recommend improvements.
- Document new and existing processes to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Oversee Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management, ensuring integration and best practices across functions.
- Build strong relationships and influence executives and cross-functional leaders to adopt new processes and tools.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of digital tools and processes.
- Disseminate knowledge across diverse user groups and provide empathetic, effective training.
- Hold partners accountable for deliverables and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a position of influence cross functional teams
- Preferred experience in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD), MedTech industries or large multinational companies known for having highly mature supply chain management practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the IVD industry.
- Expertise in Kinaxis, SAP, and data management best practices.
- Experience deploying digital supply chain solutions globally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
