- Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of networking solutions, optimizing for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate and implement seamless connectivity between on-premises and public cloud environments.
- Conduct technical assessments and resolve bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies in networking solutions.
- Partner with software, product, information security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and optimal application performance.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships to achieve business objectives and maintain high-quality SLAs.
- Provide input for departmental capital and operating budgets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (required).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cloud-based architecture and networking principles.
- Deep expertise in Azure, GCP, OCI, or AWS networking stacks.
- Proven track record with large-scale, high-availability systems and translating strategy into practical action.
- Experience managing relationships with multiple vendors, technologies, and customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Ability to communicate vision and strategy, providing clear direction to staff.
