Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate working group meetings focused on supporting startups, investors, and end-users.
Design and launch programs and initiatives that connect ecosystem players more efficiently (accelerator cohorts, mentorship, matchmaking, pilots).
Build and manage relationships with startups, VCs, corporate partners, researchers, and public sector leaders.
Promote awareness of the Hub through outreach, events, media, and public speaking.
Represent the Hub at conferences, workshops, and industry convenings.
Define and track metrics and KPIs to measure ecosystem health and program outcomes.
Collaborate with internal leadership to align ecosystem initiatives with the Hub’s broader mission.
Supervise and mentor staff, contractors, or fellows contributing to ecosystem activities.
Requirements
7+ years’ experience in startup ecosystems, innovation hubs, venture capital, or economic development.
Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, or adjacent technology domains.
Proven ability to design and execute programs serving multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience facilitating cross-sector working groups, roundtables, or advisory councils.
Exceptional relationship-building skills across startups, investors, corporates, government, and academia.
Experience promoting initiatives through events and media.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs and measure impact.
Proven experience delivering presentations and speaking effectively in group or public settings. Desire to work in a mission-oriented organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required and familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams
