- Experience with problem-solving and decision-making focused on delivering high-quality products
- Experience working with SQL and NO SQL databases like Yugabyte, Cassandra, REDIS, etc.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex software projects/products on time and within budget
- Extensive experience in software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Bachelor's in computer science, software engineering, or related field or relevant work experience in product building with big data tools and solutions
