- Business Analyst connecting business, product, and technology at Peasy. Analyzing user needs and translating them into clear product requirements for an innovative B2C platform.
Responsibilities

- Je analyseert gebruikersbehoeften, vertaalt die naar duidelijke productvereisten en ondersteunt de Head of Product bij het vormgeven van nieuwe features en verbeteringen.
- Met jouw analytisch inzicht help je mee onze digitale platformen schaalbaar en gebruiksvriendelijk te maken.
Requirements
- Je hebt een eerste werkervaring als business analyst of in een gelijkaardige functie (idealiter binnen digitale platformen in een B2C-context).
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
- Begrip van productontwikkeling in een agile omgeving (Scrum/Kanban).
- Basiskennis van tools zoals Jira, Confluence, Figma of vergelijkbare software is een plus.
- Communicatief sterk: je kan complexe zaken helder en eenvoudig uitleggen.
- Proactief, nieuwsgierig en gedreven om impact te maken binnen een snelgroeiende scale-up.
