Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for programming and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for a global compression solutions provider. Involves managing social media and e-commerce administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Support the organization's digital marketing initiatives through careful planning and coordination of campaigns.
Program and deploy content across all assigned digital channels according to the digital marketing campaign calendar.
Measure the success of each campaign based on the performance of channel KPIs and create monthly reports on the effectiveness of all campaigns.
Optimize content for all digital platforms (SEO website, content production, social platforms, etc.).
Contribute creative ideas to Digital Marketing Manager and Director to support relevant content development.
Assist other third-party administrative tasks and MAP enforcement.
General assistance with influencer campaigns, photo shoots and other departmental projects.
Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment.
Interacts with external and internal customers in a manner conducive to continued positive relationships.
Displays patience, courtesy and tact; demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others as necessary.
Demonstrates effective communication methods.
Follows established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS policies, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, 6S and Lean Manufacturing, and Federal, State and local laws.
Assists with the implementation of Lean/Kaizen initiatives or events in the department.
Follows all work instructions, creates and maintains accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy.
Accurately performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow.
Requirements
Must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant degree.
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience implementing digital marketing and supporting Amazon Marketplace.
Strong knowledge and experience of all different marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
