About the role
- Development Manager leading development deals for Terawatt Charging Centers. Overseeing full lifecycle from site due diligence to operational launch in electric vehicle infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead development deals for Terawatt Charging Centers
- Lead the full development lifecycle including site due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting, pre-construction
- Support the construction team during the build period
- Lead the investment from inception to operation
- Work closely with company management team including Real Estate, Energy, Finance, Revenue, Legal, and Construction
- Own the assumptions for financial modeling of development projects
- Present memorandums to executive leadership
- Regularly interact with external stakeholders and travel to project sites as necessary
Requirements
- Candidates will have a minimum of 5+ years of real estate development experience.
- Four-year degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management or related fields.
- Masters in real estate, Finance or related fields preferred
