About the role
- DataOps Analyst Jr collaborating with UX teams on user journey measurement and process documentation. Analyzing data flows and ensuring data quality in internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Align with UX teams on the user journey and ensure the measurement points specified in solution designs are implemented.
- Analyze, map, and tag process flows, ensuring traceability and correct classification of information in spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Develop, maintain, and improve Excel spreadsheets, including the necessary tagging for journey traceability.
- Ensure measurement quality through testing, version control, and data quality checks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing adjustments to flows and processes based on analytical evidence.
- Identify and fix tagging issues, proposing root-cause solutions.
- Align with stakeholders on product improvement needs to enable better measurement.
- Document processes, naming conventions, and tagging methodologies, ensuring standardization and traceability.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to understand data needs, ensuring these are met by the tagging process and can subsequently be translated into analyses and KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, User Experience, Digital Design, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel (required) – proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, slicers, dashboards, and Power Query.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or experience manipulating data in relational databases (a plus).
- Ability to document processes and create standardizations.
